Damaged Merchandise
If your item arrives damaged, follow these steps:
- Inspect Upon Delivery: Check for any visible damage to the packaging or product as soon as it arrives. If possible, have the delivery driver mark the damage on the freight bill.
- Refuse or Keep the Item: If the damage makes the product unusable, refuse the delivery. If the item is still usable, keep it until we arrange for a replacement or repair.
