Damaged Merchandise

If your item arrives damaged, follow these steps:

  1. Inspect Upon Delivery: Check for any visible damage to the packaging or product as soon as it arrives. If possible, have the delivery driver mark the damage on the freight bill.
  2. Refuse or Keep the Item: If the damage makes the product unusable, refuse the delivery. If the item is still usable, keep it until we arrange for a replacement or repair.
